God graciously hands to parents the blessing of being a parent. But anyone in any position of authority can use that authority the right or the wrong way.
Three different types of leadership are seen in the Bible:
- Sympathy leadership,
- Dictatorial leadership and
- Servant leadership.
Only Servant leadership, modeled by Jesus Himself, is the right kind of leadership for Parents to use with their children.
Some Christian families look really good on the outside, but have a cancer eating the family away on the inside. As children grow older, this cancer begins to destroy the family one child at a time.
