Q: How do I download the files after ordering?

A: After successfully checking out, you will be redirected to a "Thank You" page that has a button for the downloads page. Additionally, you will receive an email with the download link. If you have already made a purchase, you may click this button to be directed to your downloads area.

Q: How long do I have to download my purchase? Can I download them again if I forget where I put them?

A: Your download links will be available for one week, and the links will work 10 times. If you have questions or difficulty downloading, please contact us here.

Q: Can I copy and share the MP3s with my friends / church members / others in need?

A: Our policy allows you to share only one MP3 with one friend. If other needs arise, please direct them to purchase the MP3s directly from our website, or to contact us about their need if they are unable to afford to make the purchase. We frequently gift sermons and other resources to those who need them, on a case-by-case basis.
